I am the owner and principal planner operating SA Planning Assist. We offer town planning services to navigate through the Council approval process making it quicker and easier for clients.

Utilising our panel of consultants including a stormwater engineer, wastewater engineer, building certifier, and anything needed for the process providing a one-stop shop to get your development approved in a timely and efficient manner.

We also provide planning certification within 24 hours for granny flat (ancillary accommodation) and other residential forms of development in certain situations.
