The Design
Open, airy, and made for wherever the view is.
The Middleton is built around light. Generous windows frame whatever is outside, mountains, paddocks, coastline, and pull it into the heart of the home. The kitchen and breakfast bar sit at the centre of it all, the kind of spot where mornings slow down and meals stretch out.
The lounge stays connected to the space without crowding it, and the bedroom at the rear offers a clean, quiet retreat. Upstairs, the loft catches natural light through the skylights and gives guests or you a second place to properly switch off.

Why the middleton
Light does a lot of the work.
At 3m wide, the Middleton gives you something most tiny homes struggle to deliver. A space that never feels like one. The windows keep everything connected to whatever is outside, the kitchen has real bench space to work with, and the loft upstairs means guests get their own zone entirely.
It is the model we would choose for a scenic stay, a holiday block with a view, or anywhere you want the setting to do as much work as the home itself.

Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.

- Tri Axle 10m x 3m powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.
External
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).

- Easycraft VJ 100 linings to walls and ceilings.
