The Design
Single storey living with nothing left out.
The Moana runs the full 10 metres on a single level, with a bedroom at one end, a walkthrough bathroom in the middle, and an open kitchen and living area that faces out through a gas strut servery window to whatever view you put it in front of. The breakfast bar sits opposite the kitchen, the living area has genuine room to settle into, and the whole layout flows in a way that makes the length feel intentional rather than indulgent.
It is a home for people who want single storey done properly. No stairs, no compromise on space, no sense that anything was squeezed in as an afterthought.

Why the Moana
Single storey. Major floor space.
At 10 metres, the Moana is the longest single level home we build. The walkthrough bathroom separates the sleeping and living zones without closing anything off, and the servery window turns the kitchen into something you actually want to cook in. The layout works just as well for permanent living as it does for a well-appointed short-stay rental.

Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.

- Tri Axle 10m x 2.5m powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.

- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).

- Easycraft VJ 100 linings to walls and ceilings.

- Fully painted and sealed Dulux white on white (2 coats) semi gloss to skirtings and architraves.
