Our custom builds are created for people who need something more specific from their space, whether that means a new floorplan, additional sleeping areas, separate dwellings, a more accessible layout or a home designed around a particular property.

Bringing your ideas to reality
1. Share Your Vision
Tell us about your site, how you plan to use the home and what matters most to you. We will talk through your ideas, priorities and any practical requirements from the beginning.
2. Shape the Design
Begin with one of our existing designs or create something more individual. Together, we will refine the layout so the home works naturally for the way you want to live.
3. Select the Details
Choose the finishes, colours, fixtures and features that will make the home yours. Our team will guide you through each decision and help bring the full design together.
4. Confirm Your Build
Once the design and selections are finalised, we will prepare your quotation, contract and build schedule. You will know exactly what is included before construction begins.
5. Build & Deliver
Your tiny home is built by our team in Old Noarlunga, with updates shared along the way. Once complete, we can arrange delivery and installation at your site.
