The Design

At 3m wide, the McLaren is our largest model — and you feel every bit of it. The open-plan kitchen and dining zone flows with a generosity rarely found in tiny homes, while the private main bedroom at the rear gives you genuine separation when you need to switch off.
A dedicated breakfast bar running along the windows creates a natural spot for morning coffees and casual meals. The lounge tucks in beside the wood heater, and the loft upstairs gives guests or kids their own zone. The McLaren suits couples who like to host, short-stay operators, and anyone who wants to live tiny without giving anything up.

It’s the model we’d choose for full-time living, short-stay rental, or anywhere you want guests to feel like you actually planned for them.

Every design is built to the same high standard.
Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.

- Tri Axle 10.5m x 3m powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.
External
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).

- Easycraft VJ 100 linings to walls and ceilings.

- Fully painted and sealed Dulux white on white (2 coats) semi gloss to skirtings and architraves.
