The Molly 3m is compact done properly. A full kitchen with real bench space, a breakfast bar for two, and a bedroom that actually feels like one. The bathroom is tucked neatly at the rear and the layout keeps everything flowing without feeling squeezed.
It is a home for people who want quality without the footprint. Whether that is a weekender on a holiday block, a rental on a working property, or a permanent base for someone who values simplicity, the Molly delivers without compromise.

Small footprint. No small thinking.
At 7.2m long and 3m wide, the Molly punches well above its size. The kitchen layout is practical and well considered, the bedroom is a proper retreat, and the dark Colorbond exterior gives it a presence on site that most tiny homes simply don’t have.
It is the model we would choose for anyone who wants to start with something tight, smart, and genuinely good-looking.

Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.

- Tri Axle 7.2m x 3m powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.

- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).
