Our original tiny home
A true tiny home designed with the Airbnb market in mind, the Teddy combines clever use of space with comfort and a relaxed glamping feel.
The open living area features generous windows and a sliding door, with room for a sofa bed for an extra couple. Above, the loft bedroom creates a cosy sleeping space with an optional skylight for star gazing.
A fully functional kitchen includes extra cupboard space, a breakfast bar and gas lift window, making The Teddy compact, comfortable and highly considered.

Why the teddy
Small footprint. No small thinking.
At 7.2m long and 2.5m wide, The Teddy makes every metre count. The open living area creates a comfortable place to relax, while the loft bedroom adds a dedicated sleeping space without taking away from the living area below.
The kitchen is designed to feel like a proper kitchen, with extra cupboard space, a breakfast bar and the option of a gas lift window. The bathroom is equally considered, giving you the essentials in a compact, functional space.
It’s a tiny home that feels welcoming rather than compromised, with the flexibility to suit the Airbnb market and anyone looking for a beautifully considered space in a smaller footprint.

Every design is built to the same high standard.
Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.
Structure
- Tri Axle 7.2m x 2.5m powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.
External
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).
Internal
- Easycraft VJ 100 linings to walls and ceilings.
- Hybrid laminate timber flooring.
- Fully painted and sealed Dulux white on white (2 coats) semi gloss to skirtings and architraves.
