The Design
We built this one for ourselves first.
The Tilly is our largest model and the design we originally built for our own place at Vivonne Bay on Kangaroo Island. Two separate queen loft bedrooms sit at either end of the upper level, connected by a full-length catwalk. Downstairs, the kitchen has genuine bench space, the living area has room to settle into, and the bathroom is full sized and properly finished.
This is a home for families, for extended stays, and for anyone who wants to share a tiny home without anyone quietly wishing they had more room.

Why the tilly
Built wide open upstairs. Settled and considered below.
The double loft layout gives two couples or a family of four their own defined space at either end of the home, without the downstairs feeling like it was an afterthought. The kitchen is large enough to cook a proper meal in, the living area faces out, and the catwalk connecting the two lofts is one of those details that stops people mid-tour.

Try Before You Buy
Experience it before you build it.
We have a Tilly available to stay in on Kangaroo Island, paired with a Buddy for groups or families who need a little extra room. Spend a few nights in one before you commit. If you go ahead and build, we will refund your stay in full. T&Cs apply.

Every design is built to the same high standard.
Our standard inclusions cover everything you need to move in. These upgrades are for when you want to go further — better finishes, more appliances, or off-grid capability. All pricing is quoted per project, get in touch and we’ll put together a price tailored to your build.
Structure
- Tri Axle 8.4 x 2.5 powder coated trailer with electric brakes and steel plating underneath.
- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.
External
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile wall cladding.
- Colorbond Rev 5 profile roof sheeting.
- Aluminium windows and doors from standard range.
- Aluminium mesh fly screens to all sliding doors and windows (excepting bifold and French door profiles).
Internal
- Easycraft VJ 100 linings to walls and ceilings.
- Hybrid laminate timber flooring.
- Fully painted and sealed Dulux white on white (2 coats) semi gloss to skirtings and architraves.
Heating & Cooling
- Air conditioning 3.5kW (heating and cooling).
- Ceiling fan with light and remote control.
