A home that earns its place anywhere you put it.
The Annika is a 2.5m wide loft model built for people who want to live well without the excess. The open plan kitchen and living area is warm and considered, the downstairs bedroom is a genuine private retreat, and the loft upstairs adds a second sleeping zone that works just as well for guests as it does for a quiet morning to yourself.
It is compact by design, not by compromise. The proportions work for full-time living, weekend escapes, and short-stay rental alike.

Why the Annika
Small footprint. No small thinking.
At 9.6m long and 2.5m wide, the Anika punches well above its size. The kitchen layout is practical and well considered, the bedroom is a proper retreat, and the dark Colorbond exterior gives it a presence on site that most tiny homes simply don’t have.
It is the model we would choose for anyone who wants to start with something tight, smart, and most importantly, homely.

- Engineered steel wall framing with certificate.
- Pink Batt 2.5 insulation to walls, ceiling, and underfloor.
