Teddy — from $125,000*

Teddy is a real original tiny house.
 
Made for the real tiny home experience of bring that little piece of comfort to beautiful outdoor spaces but still not losing that minimalistic glamping vibe.
 
Teddy has a beautiful lounging area with windows and sliding door aimed to take in the view whilst having enough room for a sofa bed for an extra couple to stay.
 
Directly above is the Loft bedroom with ladder and optional Skylight to star gaze at night.
 
It has a fully functional kitchen with extra cupboard space and breakfast bar and gas lift window, to enjoy your morning coffee.
 
It also has a well designed bathroom utilising the space whist giving you the comforts you need.

Ideal for: Teddy is aimed specifically at the Airbnb market.

Tilly — from $145,000*

Tilly is our biggest model and is the model we first designed for our piece of paradise in Vivonne Bay, Kangaroo Island.
 
With it’s two bedroom lofts, stand-up and walk-through catwalk leading to two queen size beds, it has enough room to comfortably sleep four people. Need more bed space? Roll out the Koala queen-size sofa downstairs and you can fit an extra two.
 
Tilly comes equipped with a large functional kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
 
Ideal for: Long Stays, Permanent Family Living.

McLaren — from $185,000

McLaren is a thoughtfully designed tiny home that balances comfort, warmth, and everyday practicality. With a well-zoned layout and multiple sleeping areas, it’s made for easy living without feeling cramped.

The front of the home opens into a welcoming kitchen and dining space, complete with bench seating that’s perfect for slow mornings, casual meals, or a drink while dinner is cooking. This area flows straight into the central lounge, where the fireplace creates a cosy focal point and makes the space feel like home year-round.

The Moana is designed for tiny house single story living in comfort and style. It is built on a 10 meter trailer to give you a feeling of space.
 
Moana has a well thought out floorplan. The entertaining area with an open kitchen and lounge area is perfect to host some friends or to relax and put the feet up. Thanks to the gaslift servery window and the breakfast bar opposite the kitchenette, you can enjoy your morning coffee in comfort whilst watching the world go by or join the outdoors with the indoors whilst cooking a BBQ on the deck.
 
Ideal for: Singles or couples permanent living, retires downsizing to retirement, Airbnb or holiday park permanent stays.

Buddy is our add-on trailer that can sit right next to your original trailer, doubling its footprint.
 
On these trailers you can decide what you want to add, a deck and pergola set up, an extra room, it’s up to you – we can make anything that suits your dream and lifestyle.
 
With the model we built for our Tiny home in Vivonne Bay, we decided we wanted another room with a queen size bed, and then a deck and pergola with outdoor blinds that can be pulled down to fully enclose the space, making an extra space when the blinds are down.
 
It’s the perfect way to watch our Australian nature where you can see them, but they can’t see you!
