2.5m wide loft models
Two levels. One trailer width.
Our 2.5m loft models are built to the standard road-legal trailer width, which means they can go on tighter sites without any fuss. The loft makes the most of the height and gives you a proper sleeping space without eating into the living area downstairs.

A layout that leans more toward full-time living. The main bedroom sits on the ground floor, with a loft above that works as a second sleeping space or a quiet retreat. The larger bathroom, with room for a washing machine, makes day-to-day living feel easy and considered.

Originally designed for our place on Kangaroo Island, Tilly is built to handle more people without feeling crowded. Two loft bedrooms connected by a walk-through catwalk, plus a sofa bed below, gives you flexibility for families, guests, or longer stays.

Teddy

Compact, simple, and easy to place. Teddy was designed with short stays in mind, with open living, a loft bedroom above, and large sliding doors that connect straight to the outdoors. It’s a natural fit for Airbnb or a low-maintenance setup.
3m wide loft models
An extra half metre changes everything.
Built to the widest road-legal trailer size, these designs give you more space through the kitchen and living area, along with a bit more flexibility in how the layout comes together. The overall approach stays the same, just with more room to work with.

McLaren

The McLaren is our most considered layout. There’s a wood fireplace in the living area, a breakfast bar along the windows, and a private bedroom tucked away at the rear. It works just as well as a full-time home as it does a short-stay rental people want to come back to.

Designed to make the most of natural light and outlook. Skylights and large windows open the space up, while the longer layout creates clear sightlines from one end to the other. A good fit for blocks where the surroundings are a big part of the experience.
Single storey models
Everything on one level.
No loft or ladder. These layouts are straightforward, easy to move through, and well suited to everyday living, downsizing, or longer stays.

Molly

The Molly is our entry point and it’s a proper one. Pitched roof, sun nook, full kitchen, smart storage throughout. It’s compact but it never feels like anything was left out. A great fit for someone downsizing or wanting a simple and permanent setup.

The buddy

Already have an Aspire home, or planning one?
The Buddy trailer parks alongside your main build and gives you whatever you decide to put on it. A second bedroom, a covered outdoor area, a fully enclosed space with drop-down blinds. We built one at our Vivonne Bay property – queen bed, deck, pergola, blinds that pull all the way down. It’s changed how we used the whole place.
